We’re seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and guide successful delivery across high-impact digital, creative, or marketing programs. This role requires a balance of client empathy, strategic thinking, and executional oversight. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams to translate client goals into clear, actionable plans—and ensure those plans are delivered flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, relationship, and health of assigned client accounts.
- Develop long-term account plans that align with client goals and business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating on proposals and scope expansions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and performance KPIs, and proactively address risks or challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements and help evolve best practices for client services.
- Mentor junior account team members, contributing to team growth and cohesion.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Proven success managing complex accounts with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, development, etc.).
- Ability to navigate client dynamics and internal ambiguity with confidence and empathy.
- Experience with digital marketing, creative, or brand-driven work is strongly preferred.
